We (Pera Padala Pty Ltd T/A BM Express Door to Door to the Philippines) collect information from you (Our Client) when you register or sign up on our site to avail of our services (money remittance and other related service).
When registering on our site www.bmexpress.com.au, you may be asked to enter the following personal necessary information for us to provide you our services:

As part of the AUSTRAC requirement, you also need to provide details of your valid identification document that was certified by the Justice of Peace, together with a scanned copy or a picture of a your Photo ID including the ID number, issuance date, date of expiration and issuer.
For the recipient of your money remittance, you will be required to provide the following information:
the name of the recipient
region or province
city or municipality
Mobile and landline numbers
Date of birth
And your relationship with the recipient
For transactions involving bank deposit, we may collect certain sensitive information from you including the bank account number of you or your recipient, and other financial information such as transaction ID/numbers, and/or account balances are necessary.
We may also keep a record of your usage of our services including your transaction history, details of your recipients, and amounts sent to them.
Recordings of your communications with our Customer Service Representatives such as telephone calls and electronic communications (email, text messages, etc.) may also be kept.
As is true with most websites, we may indirectly obtain the following information when logging in to your website: your internet protocol (IP) address, device, hardware and software, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), operating system, date/time stamp, and/or clickstream data.
